Gang Crime a Health Emergency & form of Gender Based Violence Knife crime has rapidly increased but the fact is the explosion of gang activity means children and young adults are now at risk of extreme violence including gun crime, acts from initiations sexual violence , trafficking and murder. How this links to gender based violence is through the Statistics and the very characteristics especially abuse and trafficking. 58% of the perpetrators of gang crime are black, ethnic minority teenage boys. CUTS in budgets for local authorities, organisations running extra curricular activites, schools, NHS and community groups means children from vulnerable families are most at risk. But the expanse of county lines means even children from middle and upper class families are at risk and have equally been groomed. The consequence of the cuts and lack of understanding of causational factors by police and front line workers at grass roots levels means it is difficult for young people to get support from the government and authorities which has directly lead to an increase in grooming, attacks, anxiety, mental health and young people falling into gangs.

We must treat this as a Gender Based Violence issue and Health emergency as I have been advocating – RIP. Dont let it be that insufficient action is taken and hundreds more young people die

Intellectual property law, sometimes known as IP Law, governs the ownership and accessibility of ideas and inventions. There are many different ways to protect these ideas and inventions, including Designs, Patents, Copyright and Trademarks. The research will aim to investigate the protection of social rights of immigrates given in the international law in the UK. Many human rights contracts clearly forbid discrimination centered on state origin and want states to guarantee that immigrants’ human rights are treated equally. Moreover, immigrants, like other particularly vulnerable groups, have been granted additional safeguards under international law to address situations in which their rights are most at danger, such as the employment. The research will focus on the immigrants and their social rights in the UK.
